easy access hot items
The location provided easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. breakfast included a good selection of food. I especially liked the variety of hot items available.
the bathroom fittings seemed a bit dated, needing slight modernisation.

useful location pleasant greeting clean furniture good tv
The hotel location proved quite useful. The bus stop was very close. I received a pleasant greeting upon arrival, and the reception area was nice. The lifts worked without issue, and the bed and furniture in my room seemed clean. The size of tv was good.
the stairwells were really shabby. the room was very basic.

value breakfast easy access urine smell uncleaned room
The breakfast was good value. I saw a lovely shower in the room. It had an excellent location close to the beach. The town centre was easy to access.
My room had a strong smell of urine. I told this to the front desk, but nothing was done about it. It was obvious the room wasn't cleaned properly. The staff seemed to ignore my complaint.
